This section outlines all of the stages of the tax recovery process. When properties are at least 2 years in tax arrears and your municipality would like to begin the recovery process, it all starts with Tax Registration.

All we require from you

Municipal Information sheet to be filled out

Property owner information including Assessment Rolls, Statements of Accounts, GIS maps and the amount owing as of December 31st of the previous year.

Instruct us on whether to Proceed, Close or place files On Hold

Contact your MPAC representative in the case of discrepancies. We provide you with an intricate email outlining the discrepancies and attach supporting documents for you to simply forward to MPAC.

Have a Commissioner sign Statutory Declarations

Sign Acknowledgement and Direction forms

Inform us of any new changes or necessary information to update your accounts
